Subscription Management

Managing your subscription on Papla Media is simple, but there are a few important things to know about upgrading, downgrading, and canceling. Let’s break it down!

Canceling Your Subscription

Cancellations also take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access to your current plan until that date. Unused subscription credits remain valid until their original expiration date (60 days from granting date).

Downgrade Your Subscription

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you’ll continue to have access to your current plan’s quota until the billing period ends. On the first day of your new, lower-tier billing cycle (which matches your current billing day)

Pause Your Subscription

Unfortunately, pausing subscriptions isn’t currently available. If you want to take a break, your best option is to cancel your paid plan — your account will be there until you’re ready to subscribe again.

Upgrading Your Subscription

If you upgrade your monthly plan, your new annual billing cycle begins immediately — you won’t wait until the end of the current month. Any unused credits from your current plan are carried forward and remain valid until their original expiration date (60 days from granting date).
