What happens when I downgrade my plan?
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you’ll continue to have access to your current plan’s quota until the billing period ends.
- On the first day of your new, lower-tier billing cycle (which matches your current billing day):
- Any unused credits from the previous plan’s quota are carried forward with their original expiration date.
- The new, lower-tier credit limit applies going forward.
