How do I change my password?

  1. Log in to your Papla Media account.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Under the Account section, select Change Password.
  4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the reset instructions. How do I change my email address?

How do I delete my account?

  1. Navigate to Account Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Delete My Account.
  3. Follow the instructions to confirm account deletion.
  4. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

Note

  • Any unused credits will be deleted immediately upon account deletion.
  • Your subscription plan will be canceled instantly, and you will no longer have access to your credits.
  • This action cannot be undone — once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
